Return & Refund Policy

Marenly supports reasonable return and refund services to ensure your shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund rules carefully:

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods. The returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete original packaging, and can be resold normally.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Products marked final sale, worn, washed, damaged artificially, missing original tags or incomplete packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service via email to submit a return application and explain the return reason.

Step 2: Wait for our official return approval and obtain the return address.

Step 3: Send back the goods completely and retain the logistics waybill.

Step 4: After we receive and inspect the goods, we will process the refund within 3–7 working days.

4. Return Shipping Fee

Returns due to personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, etc.) shall be borne by the customer. Returns caused by product quality problems, wrong delivery or missing items shall be borne by our store.

5. Refund Method

All refunds will be returned to the original payment account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment platform.
